Terms & Conditions

The following are our "customer friendly" terms and conditions. We ask all of our customers to read and understand these terms. If you have any queries, please contact us.

Delivery

Orders placed with 'standard delivery' come with FREE DELIVERY.You should allow for 3-5 working days for standard Delivery items.

Next day delivery is chargeable at the rate shown at the checkout. If selected any orders we receive by 3pm Monday to Friday will be delivered to you during the next working day. All orders that are received after 3pm will not be dispatched until the next working day excluding bank holidays. All goods are delivered requiring a signature.

Secure Payments

Goods will not be dispatched until full cleared funds have been made via a credit card or debit card.

We believe that fraud prevention is essential so all our payments are made securely via Sage Pay which is level 1 PCI DSS compliant and are active members of the PCI SSC (Security Standards Council). If you are concerned about passing your payment details online, the Sage Pay Secure system will put your mind at ease. Once you have entered your address details at the "checkout", you will be transferred to the Sage Pay 128-bit SSL encrypted secure web site to enter your payment card details.

The carriage charges and terms apply to mainland UK online orders only. If you require delivery to a non-mainland UK address, please call for the relevant delivery time and carriage rate and we will take your order over the phone.

No Hassle Returns Policy

You can return your purchase to us in its original re-saleable condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, with any seals and shrink-wrap intact and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item with no hassle. We will only accept returns if they are in their original packaging and a re-saleable condition. Return carriage for incorrectly ordered goods is at the customers cost. Faulty or items sent in error will be collected at our cost.

Warranty

We warranty all parts for 1 year as long as the part has been correctly fitted to a door or gate that was installed to the manufacturers' instructions and was in good working order before the ordered part failed. Dependent upon circumstances, we may require full payment for replacement parts before we have inspected the faulty part. Full refund is dependent on correct installation and usage.
